Music scheduling
Reports and metrics
Analyse your scheduling data and flag audio items with custom metrics.
Reports
Go to Music Scheduling > Run > Reports.
Saved reports
The Saved Reports list on the left shows all your reports. Click one to open it in the main area.
Creating and running a report
Click Create Report.
Enter a Report Name and click Create.
Choose a Start Date and End Date. These default to the last seven days.
Click Run Report.
The results list each track with its Title, Artist and Count (the number of times it appears in your playlists for that date range), with the most frequent first.
Deleting a report
Click the × button next to a saved report in the list.
Metrics
Go to Music Scheduling > Run > Metrics. Metrics are named criteria for evaluating your scheduled items.
Creating a metric
Click Create Metric.
Enter a Name, for example "Genre Diversity".
Choose the Evaluation Property: Release Year, Genre, Vocal Gender, Tag or Custom Field.
If you like, add an emoji under Emoji (optional) to identify it.
Click Create.
Each metric appears as a card on the Metrics page, where you can edit or delete it.
