Troubleshooting
The three statuses you'll see most often, and what to do about them.
Most of what you'll see day to day is one of these three, and none of them is cause for alarm.
Link revoked
The Relay's access was withdrawn in Studio, or its credentials expired. It stops syncing and shows the approval screen again.
Just re-approve it in Studio. Re-linking keeps its history, so nothing is imported or counted twice. See Unlinking and re-linking.
Awaiting connection
You've approved the Relay in Studio, but it hasn't checked in yet. Give it a moment.
If it stays this way, confirm the Relay app is running and that its machine can reach the internet. It turns Active as soon as it connects. See Linking to Soundwaves.
Files skipped
On a fresh station, the media scan logs every file as skipped because Soundwaves doesn't know your tracks yet. This is expected. Run the library import first, then the scan will recognise and adopt your files.
