Now Playing Changed

Emitted when the now-playing track changes for a network. networkId accepts either: - Numeric ID as string (e.g., "123") - Network code as string (e.g., "radio1") The resolver validates by attempting to match both formats. Same behavior as the feed(networkId) query. Access: Public: no sign-in required.

Timestamp of the change (Unix seconds)

Now playing track title, if avalaible should not be source of truth

Track ID for cache key reference
